HELLO!

Hello World!

Once I kept a diary and as soon as someone read its contents, all my secrets were out. And so, I thought, "Why keep a diary?" Since then, I kept my thoughts and feelings private, as much as possible.

Then, our English teacher in 3rd year high school asked us to keep a journal, and write about anything but I know what she really wanted to know was whether we knew how to compose different types of poetry (which we discussed in class many times), and some prose. So, to comply with this academic requirement, I wrote by just following the patterns of haiku, sonnet, etc.

Later on, I came to realize that our poems, essays, short stories, and other literary compositions may just come from our thoughts on certain matters after all.

Every time I open the newsfeed on Facebook, I am asked what is on my mind. Should I be publishing my stories there? I would like to treat this august social media platform as any newspaper with a KISS (Keep It Short and Simple).

Blogspot can be like a journal book. So, I think I would rather put more thoughts and words here.

I hope anyone, who would come across this page, would not mind the eclectic topics I may be writing about.
